Each balloon is is 40", and these fun balloon are used for birthday party decoration, photo props, decorating your dessert station, you name it! These balloons have tabs on them to hang them with string, curling ribbon, or taping them to the wall. I find the easiest way to hang them is to take your string or curling ribbon and tape it to the back of the balloon - no need to mess with the tabs. These 40" balloons do float with helium.
