These balloons do not float due to their small size. But, they are an great alternative to a banner as they are 3D! There are tabs on the balloons to hang them from. However,I have found that taping curling ribbon the back is the easiest way to hang them.

* Balloons come deflated but the kits include a straw for super simple, easy inflation
* Balloons self-seal (Self closing), simply insert the straw into balloon, blow up with air, remove straw , pinch shut and you're done!
