The balloon is sent flat ready to be filled with helium by you at your local party store, grocer or Dollar Store. THESE ARE LONG LASTING AMERICAN MADE QUALATEX BALLOONS- they are not cheap imports! This means they are thicker than those made in China which makes there float time last longer. Also if you squirt Hi-float in them (when you go to get them filled with helium- they will last for up to 1 week
