A gorgeous black giant balloon with confetti for a gender reveal party or any special occasion! This listing is for the 36" with confetti of choice. Our confetti is specially cut to float longer than traditional confetti! It floats and drifts longer for better photo ops!
YOU CANNOT SEE THE CONFETTI INSIDE THIS BALLOON!
Only when you pop the balloon with a pin will you find out what you are having--as shown in picture number 2.
No tassels are include with this option but I do have that option listed below.
